As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the patient experience, we want to inform you about recent changes to our billing practices, which came into effect on November 1, 2025.
In line with the Australian Government’s recent updates to Medicare bulk billing incentives, which now support general practices to bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for eligible services, we are pleased to expand our bulk billing to include everyone with a valid Medicare card. This means zero out-of-pocket costs for your consultations if you hold a Medicare card.
Consultation Fees and Billing:
To provide transparency, below are our consultation fees. Please note that for patients with a valid Medicare card, we bulk bill eligible consultations, resulting in no out-of-pocket expense. For patients without a Medicare card, the full private fee applies.
