Dear valued patients,
We hope this message finds you in good health. At our clinic, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality healthcare services. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the patient experience, we want to inform you about recent changes to our billing practices, which came into effect on November 1, 2025.
In line with the Australian Government’s recent updates to Medicare bulk billing incentives, which now support general practices to bulk bill all Medicare-eligible patients for eligible services, we are pleased to expand our bulk billing to include everyone with a valid Medicare card. This means zero out-of-pocket costs for your consultations if you hold a Medicare card.
Consultation Fees and Billing:
To provide transparency, below are our consultation fees. Please note that for patients with a valid Medicare card, we bulk bill eligible consultations, resulting in no out-of-pocket expense. For patients without a Medicare card, the full private fee applies.
New Consultation Fees:
Consultation Type Private Fee Medicare Cardholders(Rebate) Out of Pocket
Standard Consultation $90 $0 $0
Long Consultation $140 $0 $0
Prolonged Consultation $200 $0 $0
Additional Bulk Billing Details:
We continue to offer bulk billing for:
– STD checks (for all patients, regardless of Medicare status)
This ensures that quality healthcare remains accessible to everyone in our community. These changes are enabled by the expanded Medicare bulk billing incentives, effective from November 1, 2025, applying to all eligible patients.
We appreciate your continued trust in our clinic for your healthcare needs. These updates help us maintain the high standards of care and service you expect.
Thank you for being part of our community. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

If it has been at least 6 months since your last COVID-19 vaccine or confirmed infection, adults are eligible to receive a booster shot. This applies to whichever event occurred most recently.
For individuals who are at a higher risk of severe illness, it is especially recommended to get a booster. This includes:
– Individuals aged 65 or above.
– Individuals aged 18 or above with medical conditions, disabilities, or complex health needs.
The new bivalent COVID-19 vaccines offer protection against both the original strain of COVID-19 and the Omicron variants. A booster shot provides a high level of protection against serious illness caused by COVID-19.
You can find the date of your last COVID-19 vaccine on your COVID-19 digital certificate, which can be accessed through your myGov account or the Express Plus Medicare App. Healthcare providers, including pharmacists, can also assist in checking your immunisation history.
